I have been to this place with my family, location is on sea woods road, in Belapur, we reached early, the ambience is pretty good, it was raining that day and we selected the window seats which was something different and to my surprise I found that all the water was coming inside through the windows, I brought it to the notice of the staff and then it was found that the water was coming in from all the windows, they tried putting plastic but it was in vain, there was nothing which could be done about it,
We shifted the place and we ordered food, we ordered a fried rice, soup( chinese), 1 veg sabji, 1 chicken malwani and tandoori rotis.
Chicken Fried Rice:- the quantity was so less that it wouldnt have sufficed for 1 person alsoVeg Sabji:- It was a 3 layered sabji, but was not worth the taste or moneyChicken Malwani:- The biggest turndown, there was chicken( around 6 to 8 pieces) only bones, I have been to so many places which serve really good malwani food, but this being named for specialising in the same does not do any justice to the food.
Guys staff is courteous, we do not go out to eat food to just njoy the ambience and courtsey, the food ought to be good.
The food is very highly priced but it is not at all in value for money in terms of quality and quantity, I brought this to the notice of one of the stewards and even he agreed about the quantity.
Service is also not good. A service of any restaurant can be judged by the way of looking into your glass of water, if it stays empty for most time this means that you are not being taken care of.
If you want to enjoy the courtsey and ambienece then this place can be recommended. They really have to work on this, a mere name wont make things happen.
