Expecting the best in any hotel is quite common. Especially when it comes to a long journey trips we expect little more comfortable hotels and rooms. Recently we had a worst experience at Gangtok.
We went there on a long trip and we are check inn at hotel Millennium Inn in Gangtok. Entrance and lobby was clean and looking good. When we enter in to the rooms, they are not cleaned and maintained well.
We found every where dust and ugly. We requested for room change. Immediately they were give another room, which is same as previous one.
Coming to food, there also no neatness and food taste is completely different. I don’t know how the people are esting such food. Room service is worst. They don’t have minimum basics liek how to clean and how to behave with the customer.
View wise hotel balcony is so good, except this there is no good things to share.
