It is one of the worst hotel in Sandhurst road. I have visited this hotel as some of my guest who came from USA had stayed in this hotel. It was very sad that they just provide very low services. In just entering the hotel the premises was not clean and the staff don’t clean it for a whole week. The room conditions were also bad. On looking at the condition of my guest I was embrassed. There is no proper drinking facilities available one has carry a bisleri along with him. There is no proper parking here. The staff here is also not coordinating. On asking some something they just don’t respond properly. Then the passenger just feel awkward to gain information. The staff don’t tell them which is the place to visit and all. There is no proper house keeping here. The Air conditioner room have AC For showpiece but they don’t work at all. The rooms here are very less only five rooms in total and nobody prefer to stay here. There is no catering services and one has to go outside for lunch , dinner, breakfast. I suggest you not to visit this hotel when you come in Mumbai as a tourist.
