HOTEL POONJA (NOT POOJA) NEEDS LOTS OF IMPROVEMENT

REMEMBER THE NAME IS POONJA (NOT POOJA AS EDITED HERE) ROOM QUALITY:Needs improvement.Bed was newly procured, but the sheets were very old. The room smelled very bad.

We called in reception and got some thing sprayed.Bath room & toilet far below standards. They rebuilt old hotel, but some refurbishing and basics are to be done.Clearly not satisfied.

GUEST SERVICES:Reception-Excellent.Perhaps the only thing good in the hotel.Restaurant-OK.Comes with complimentary breakfast which is OK.Not happy with restaurant staff

FOOD:Only breakfast we had there.Ok

AMBIENCE :Only in the ground floor it is OK.The owners seem insulated from day-today happening.Hotel rooms are having old ACs, smelling bed and dirty toilet.High time for a renovation.Looks like antique palace.

Big thinking by owners-unfortunately not materialized in to actions. Bold statements etc in Hotel vicinity, but there is some disconnect.

VALUE FOR MONEY:

No.

I do not recommend this hotel to you.
