I went to Kolhapur before few months for some work. I stayed at my friend’s home there. On first night we decided to have dinner outside so we went to Hotel Raj Castle. We booked our table already but when we entered our table was not empty. I told to manager about that and he requested to wait for few minutes so we waited. After waiting we sat on the table and asked for the menu. The food was very expensive in that hotel. However we ordered some food for us. They took too much time to provide the food. We had our dinner. The food was average it was no tasty as much. The Ambience was good. Customer service was also average. The talking sense and attitude was good of staff. My experience was bad for there management. So I recommend some better restaurant to have dinner.
