I seriously can’t believe that the hotel has got 5 star rating. The security of the hotel is very poor. I am surprised how this hotel is hosting functions that are attended by politicians.
My car parked in the parking of the hotel right under the security camera and less than 5 ft away from the security guards was damaged twice. Once the windshield was broken and in the second instance the glass of the back seat window was broken. I even called the floor manager and the security officer and they agreed that the incident had happened in the hotel parking only, as there were glass pieces spread near my car. But still they were not able to play the recording/ trace the person responsible for the damage. Other guests also reported similar issues of scratches on the car, number plates being broken and so on. I even approached the GM office but of no use.
The hotel has a poor quality of services. One out of the 4 lifts is most of the time out of order. One of their window pane (7ft X 3ft ) was missing from the corridor for almost a year. In summers it used to so difficult passing through the corridor and in winters to it used to be so cold near that area. but their customer care and technicians had every time one or the other excuse.
