Hotel samrat is situated at ghatkopar and this place is a descent place with descent seating arrangement.
These also use to be one of the places that I used to visit quite frequently. But these days I can’t make it as I don’t hang around in ghatkopar anymore.
This place has normal ambiance and decor but the seating arrangement is good. By good I don’t mean that its having cushions and stuffs but its way better than normal restaurant.
This place has an AC hall as well and I would recommend that you occupy the AC section as the cost inference isn’t much.
I would say that try serve descent food and when it comes to serving Chinese they are good. I’ve always had Chinese from here so can’t comment on other dishes.
The customer service is quick too.
Even having good seating arrangements and quick service and good Chinese food I would give this place a 3 star rather than 4 star as some may like this place whereas some may not.
