Hotel Sarovar at Kolshet road is a place for a regular dinner. Nothing special about it. It has sitting area outside and inside. I was sitting outside as it was pleasant. It a pocked friendly restaurant so it suits working and non working guys. The ambiance could have been a bit better than what it is right now.
I ordered mutton Rogan josh and some rotis to go along with it. The dish was perpared well cant complain about it. We were two people and it was more than enough for both of us. The rotis were well baked, and it was not hard and was served in ambient temperature. As this is a regular restaurant, the presentation of the food is not given much importance and is served in regular bowl.
We got our food on the table within 25 mins of ordering which was quite fast I would say. The staff are not arrogant or rude, but I cant term them to be too friendly also.
Most of the times I have seen the restaurant to be filled with guys, would not recommend it for family.
No need of reservations, and I am not sure if these people even take reservations.
