Whatever you say, wherever you may go during holidays, whatever food you may eat and enjoy, coming home, eating home food and living in home cannot be equalled by any other alternative.
And so you must have a hotel when you go out visiting places away from your house, that must tend to give maximum against what your house gives- in terms of comfortable and soothing environment, good food, comfort at all levels at affordable prices.
Having said above, when I am in Pune, I always prefer to stay in Shreyas.
Its location, surroundings, the class of public visiting for parties and for lunches and dinners, its food and room decor, facilities and comfort is just what one should have at the affordable price. And precisely this balancing I experience in Shreyas.
Cleanliness, in room, in dining hall just what is expected in normal house.

In short, a person who enjoys a middle or higher middle class living, who is not looking only inside the room and gets confined to it with TV on, one who enjoys the greenery surrounding you, and one who is not very keen to spend too much on showing off, Shreyas is a very ideal place. In real sence I can say it is-Home away from Home.
