Hotel smart inn is lodging and hotel service provider in pune.
When I had gone to pune for my passport verification appointment.
I had booked hotel smart inn for my stay for 1000 rupees, as I didn’t konw very much about pune .
When I checked into the hotel, I found that hotel wasn’t as per they said.
The room was messy.
The staff wasn’t treated as a guest. They talked to me rudely.
I will never recommend to stay in hotel smart inn due to worst hospitality.
