We had prior booking in the hotel. I went with my husband and my 7 yr old daughter. We came by car and to reach the hotel we had to take the lift. The hotel is very close to the lift and the ridge yet far from the crowd.
We reached the hotel in the evening although the weather was chill outside the hotel was very warm and comfortable as it was centrally heated. The rooms were very cosy and spacious. It had a very good valley view from the balcony. We had food included in our package and it was very good with a lot of variety.
The service was good and they arranged for a cake on demand for my husbands b’day which we celebrated in our room during our stay. They also packed our breakfast twice when we had to leave early. The rooms and the bathrooms are vey clean and well kept.
The loud live music was the only thing we didn’t like although it was meant to provide relief to the otherwise quite environment around.
Overall it was a grt stay worth returning again.
