I bought a Samsung U 600 from Hotspot vikas Marg store on 17/12/2007. After 1 day I realized that the speaker of phone was defected. I went to Hotspot store & asked them to check it but they even refused to check this. Later I called SPICE head office, then someone Mr Pradeep Dwivedi told me that he will see the matter & will call me by the evening. Since three days I kept calling him about the status but they dint reply any this satisfactory as he kept saying that he dint get time to see the matter.
On 20/12/2007 morning when I called him again , he just said tht do whatever you can do, we are not going to see this matter any more as this is SAMSUNG problems not us. Earlier When I went to HOTSPOT to buy the product they told that within 48 hours if I ll get any problems they will replace it, but when I faced this problem they just denied.
Now I would like to warn nu guyz better purchase from somewhere else not from HOTSPOT as their retail store to Headoffice no one is going to listen to you.
