Visited the malviya nagar store to buy a Nokia GPS navigator 6810.
When I asked them to show me a dummy model, they said they did not have a dummy model. Then I asked them to open the box and show me the actual phone. They said they cant open a sealed box.
So I asked them that how am i going to buy a 13k phone without even seeing how the phone looks and works? I wanted to buy the phone for GPS and without seeing how the GPS works I cannot buy the phone.
They said that I can checkout the phone at other stores.so I asked them then why shouldnt I buy from other stores? They didnt have an answer. Their attitude was extremely unhelpfull.
I realised that since they are customer-unfriendly during the sales process, I can only imagine how they are going to treat me once the sale is over. I guessed salesman stuck to the rules and was even ready to let go of a customer. So I could imagine that they will simply provide no service as there is no profit in service after a sale has been made.
So decided to leave the store and buy from Mobile Store.
