I purchased a Hotstar 15l Axiom geyser. To my surprise the element stopped working within one year. Since it was in warranty, so the company did replace the element after many followups.
But in 2-3 days the element stopped working again.Again the element was changed. And then expect the unexpected -the element again stopped working. Finally it was replaced and it worked for a season.
The next year same thing happened. Element stopped working. Paid Rs1000 from my pocket. And again, after 3-4 days element stopped working.
Now again I am at the mercy of the service personnel. The worst part is that service man will come as per his will. The company won’t send the person as per your timing rather you will be at his mercy even after paying the cost for service. Will NEVER suggest Hotstar geyser to anyone.
