I am totally unhappy with this store, these are the few points I would like to bring to your notification
- I purchased a chest of draws and a 5 door Cupboard. The price tag was 32000/- rs for which I paid immediately.
Problem: I paid for 8 draws but I was delivered with 4 draws cupboard, then they asked me to pay 1500 Rs extra to take the one we selected
With great difficulty I managed to convince them to give the cash back, but to get this cash I had to run 10 times to the stores and we were so badly treated that every time different people come and attend to you. this makes us to explain the same thing to the new person again and again. But still I did not get back my money.
The installation is so so so pathetic...please don’t ask me.
One guy comes after two days and he alone installs all the parts. He is totally incapable of the work.
5, They never have basic courtesy of calling and let the customer know about the issues.
They never attend to the customer at once
What not....people...i just want stay away from HOUSEFULL FURNITURES KALYANNAGAR
After paying all our hard eared money we are treated bad, without any good service.
