Worst furniture shopping experience ever.

My purchase id: 1012/2012/4415. This has been the worst purchase I ever made so far from any store. The product was not delivered on the promised delivery date (which was 5 days from the date of purchase). Nor has it been done till date (which is 11 days from the promised delivery date). The customer service help line people have failed to address the problem despite me calling umpteen number of times and the store numbers shown on the site are never answered.


I have never been so frustrated in my life and will revert to legal action if I don’t have this resolved in the next 1 day (by 10 November 2012). I do not want anybody else to go through this experience and will spend whatever time is required to ensure that nobody gets this kind of service after paying in full upfront.
