The store looks attractive. Their offers, sales promotions are also competitive. But when you actually invest on their product that’s when you start to feel the pinch.
I had bought a Ridge Wenge Storage bed. Had to pay in full and then followup 6-7 times for the next 25 days to get the delivery. While selling the product they will promise a delivery within 7 days. Getting delivered was one story and then again getting it assembled, took another 3 days.
Within 1 month of delivery the pulley of the storage stopped working. Lodged a complaint & had terrible time getting someone to attend to it. They took the part, welded & fixed it back in 17 days. After 5 months, another plank fell apart, the screws fell open and still struggling to get it fixed...
