Worst experience . they should shut their online site as they serve nothing. I ordered a wall fixture and after 6-7 days some guy from delivery called me and asked me for the address. First thing he said to me was that he didn’t know where is M.G Road in Bangalore. Who the hell doesn’t know M.G.Road in Bangalore?
Secondly he said, my truck cant come in that area? Is it my problem at all? After all the mess, when I call him to track it down, he said it will reach in evening and by evening. His phone is off and at last when I get the delivery after wasting Rs.100 on my phone calls and paying 500 extra delivery charges. He gave and went, without even giving any receiving document. What a company?.
