Worst of all the online services :
I received order#5616 spectrun queen bed, 21 days after placing the order online. I made payment at the time of placing the order online, but the delivery was pathetic and assembly was not at all done. The delivery staff was pathetic and so was their service. Two guys came to my home and kept the dismantled bed and left. According to them, i am supposed to call up a carpenter to do the assembly task. What the hell is this. Moreover, they have not provided the plywood for the metal bed. Housefull guys expect me to pay another sum of money to carpenter to buy plywood and assembly task, then why did I pay the amount. To you?
What has housefull done??? Simply deliver the dismantled pieces of bed at my home?
This is really pathetic and the worst of all the online services i have ever seen in my life. I will make sure i never use housefulls poor service again in my life and advice the same to everyone as well. I will make sure this escalation/feedback reaches to high authorities. And that it is communicated to everyone via networking/review websites so that no one else is fooled just like me...
I dont have any words to describe housefulls cheap service and money-minded strategies...
And i dont understand why do housefull have the numbers in your email signature. For what purpose? Because when we try to reach them around 20 times a day, the phone is busy or not available. They should stop show casing these numbers if they are not meant for the reason they were supposed to be.
