Poor quality sofa

I bought a Chikago Sofa last month. I booked it online. Before making payment I had spoken to a customer care executive. He responded nicely. Later, I realized that the quality of the product is very poor. I tried to reach them on phone. None of the no.s is working. I sent several mails but no response.


I’ll never ever buy anything from housefull. I have shared my experience with all my friends, so that they won’t have to regret.
