I placed an order for a chest of drawers on 19 December 2015. At the time of placement of order there was no delivery period mentioned. Unfortunately I still chose to proceed with the order payment, paying the full amount.
I was informed that the order would get delivered on 16 January 2016, almost a month after placement of the order and making the payment. A few days ago I received a call stating that the order would be further delayed and delivered only another month later(mid-Feb).
I have been trying to reach their service centre number, but since the last two days I am being told(made multiple calls to the service centre) that the servers are down and the status of my order or any requests cannot be entertained.
I sent an email requesting for a refund of my payment given that I had no clarity on delivery over a month after placing the order but received no response at all!
