Ordered a couple of storage cabinets from their physical store located in Palavakkam, Chennai. The pieces were delivered as per promised delivery date and assembled the very next day.
No hassles. Had called up their Customer Service number for finding out date of delivery. A Mr Kunal answered my call, promised to call me back with details.
I was sceptical based on the reviews here! But he had the local Housefull call me up with delivery time details(2 calls!) and he followed this up by calling me in an hour’s time as promised and updated me on the delivery.
It is not easy to build a company in this competitive environment. It is not only necessary for the company to have great products, but it is equally essential to have a top notch customer service. I appreciate Kunal for doing that.
