LThis is with reference to our order number 87836 which we had placed on 23rd sep 2015. First they was a delay in dispatching the product and then after umpteen calls a carpenter was sent to assemble the product.the said product is a 2 door cupboard, according to the carpenter wood pieces 4 and 5 were broken n new would have to be ordered for., we did call up the complaints department at Housefull and were told the product would reach us by 28 th oct(full 3 weeks after the carpenters visit).
Just spoke to them again n was informed that since the product is not available the dispatch will only happen in the first week of November. For no fault of ours we have been dealing with the company calling the, for every status update without a single e mail or call from them regarding the change in delivery date. As someone in d forum mentioned earlier our house is also looking like a furniture ware house with wood pieces adorning our guest room.
We made the mistake of not reading the reviews before purchasing from this site, please refrain from ordering anything from this site and it involves a lot of headache
