Housefull is a perfect example of how sweet talks of salesmen can hide the inefficiency of an unorganized company. While buying a 3 door kitchen cabinet on auspicious day of Ugadi, 11th April 2013, the salesman and his boss talked all professionalism like we are fixed price company.
So as not to cheat any customer or we commit for delivery in 10 days so as not to harass customers by making them wait or our policies are centrally organized from Mumbai so as to give all our customers same experience ....or pigs will fly....All these words are just that....hollow words.
In reality, they have worst coordination among their various departments whether it is showroom or warehouse or even head office in Mumbai. After delivery of the product in 5 days, i.e. 16th of April 20113, it has been lying unpacked...uninstalled at our home. The delivery man promised the installation in next 48 hours which never happened as I am pressed to write this review today, 21st April 2013.
Follow up with there customer care in Mumbai commits for 72 hours deadline .... don’t know whether the 72 hours deadline started after the first 48 hours deadline was over. Continuous calls to local store, their warehouse, their so called carpenter manager and also Mumbai head office have all been in vain.
I am still waiting for someone from housefull to come an install the product lest they are ashamed of the quality of their own product and hence avoiding unpacking the same.
