I placed some order in December and took then over 40 days to deliver. Well still not delivered:(. Almost everyday we follow up and get standard answer "give me one hour. Will check with concerned department and call you back". You are sure to not receive any call.
Also, delivery is on their terms.They will not deliver on your convenient date or time. Will say 6pm and will not turn up few hours after that. Funny part is.even if you tell them, u r not available in evening. .They will tell you "no problem, we will still come in the evening only":). worst part is they can’t cancel the order.Once paid, u r at their mercy to deliver.
Must say, zero on customer service, customer satisfaction, poor staff.Small time shops r much better.
