Horrible Service by Housefull

I purchased a shoe rack from Housefull Furniture on 3rd April 2013, the product was sent to us on 7th May. However, it was a defective product. It took 10-12 phone calls and emails together just to get Housefull complaint team to accept my complaint and assure me for a replacement. It took another 20 phones to ensure the replacement comes home and the defective piece is taken away.

Also when he got the replacement finally after more than a month of order on 6th May 2013, even that piece had several defective flaps. So the technician from houseful actually mixed several flaps from both the piece and finally created one defect free shoe rack for me. I am amazed to see their simply horrible quality of product and even worse feedback and complaint department and  a ridiculous after sales service.
