Don’t fall for the cheaper prices and you will regret later ! I got a sofa from marathalli store in bangalore. Within 1 month the cushion became so soft that there was a dent in the centre.Its been 2 weeks since I gave it for repair and I have had no response what so ever from store people.I spoke to Mr.Satyajith from the marathalli store. opp to jp morgan and he said Did you give the sofa repair to me ? Don’t ask me too many questions !
There’s no basic manners from the store people and would recommend management to give basic phone manners to your store people ! Would strongly recommend not to buy products from housefull they are of very poor quality !
