I would like to share my bad experience with housefull - Outer ring road - Bangalore. I had booked a Book shelf during July 2012 and it is not delivered in usable condition till now (Sept 9th2012). All the sale offers they provide are of of Poor Quality .
When I called Customer service person they could not provide an answer by when it will be delivered . only answer they provide is the Shipment has to come from Mumbai and hence the delay . No person gave a follow up call .
They don’t commit on delivery schedule. I have lost my money and time ( follow up ) .hence would request all to never go to them as they dont care for customers.
