House full must find the cheapest lowest class of furniture * manufacturer and strike a deal.
On two occasions now the furniture arrived damage. The manager was even rude enough to raise his voice to me when I told him I was going to assemble the furniture myself.
He promised new full units and when the delivery guys came they brought along just sections to replace the damaged parts.
This is very POOR SERVICE .
It does not matter how much or how little you spend. If the store assistant and the manager promise at time of sale the items will be perfect and without damage. Then that is what I expect.
If I purchase second quality furniture then my expectation is second quality.
I did not purchase second quality furniture so why should I accept damaged furniture!!
