I placed an order with Housefull on 29th Dec 2015 and made the payment in full.
The issue is that I have not received any confirmation mail nor this order is available in "My Order" page.
I called customer care at 022-67239800 to confirm the status and I was informed that sales team will call me in 1 hour.
I have not received any call. I have no idea of the product status - if this confirmed or not, what is the delivery date.
Better not to opt this website for online furniture purchase.
