EI awailed twice beauty service from Housejoy. First time the beautician can was too talkative.she did waxing properly but the pedicure was not good, .she did not massage, did not take time to finish pedicure. Also she did not clean and apply cream on hands and legs after waxing.
I complained in Housejoy and expected the services to be improved so availed the same services again. But this time it was pathetic . Friends please don’t take any beauty service from Housejoy, please look at the pic of mine and see what their beautician did to me.
I got several cuts and both of my eyes got swollen when that beautician did threading. When I complained, they asked me the pics and assured me that action would definitely be taken, so I clicked my pics and send it to them. But as usual nothing happened.
They didn’t even call me once to ask about.
