Bluffing with customers

I took a pest control service, they asked me that they will do 3 services but problem will be resolved after the 1st service. But problem was as it is as it was before the first service, I called them they said it will be resolved don’t worry they did not came for 2nd service I made many complaints but no one is there to listen or act on that. Customer care is saying we are working on your complaint and trying to help you, we will get back to you but nobody calls me back and every time they says the same thing
