This happened with House rent services.
With Housings Continuous follow-up/ forcing for payment for premium services, and since I was new to the city, I have opted for the services. I had a very bad experience with Housing.com services.
after the payment, after 24 hours, Jeniffer call me and asked about the requirements, and after one more day, she sent the contact of 7 houses she called me to tell me that she had sent the contacts and can call them directly and check with the House owner for details. then after that no call from any of the housing.com representatives. After that, on 17-February-2023, today, at noon time, Housing.com one of the Manger called me saying, she is Jennifers manager. So I am getting a call exactly after one month after my payment asking me for feedback from housing.com
I am thankful to God that I have not opted for Packers and Movers service from housing.com.
Is this assistance? I can get contact details by paying the normal service and not the premium right?.
