How I met your mother is about a father(Ted Mosby) who’s telling his Children as to how he met their mother. He is telling them the story in the year 2030 and story hes telling related to the present date.
The story starts of with how ten meets his 4 other friends.
Marshall - His best friend and college mate
Lily - Marshall’ s GF/wife
Robin - He dates her once/then they were sex buddies now they are just good friends
Barney - My favorite character - he wants to be Ted’s wing man or best friends. An awesome womanizer, who once dated Robin.
Now the catch is whoz the mother . and we really don’t know. its been six years and we still have not met the mother. So far the story have revolved around the lives of the 5 friends, which basically include the love between Marshall n lily, Ted’s eagerness to find the love of his life, lily’s eagerness to become a reputed news caster and of course Barney’s love for young women and ways to pick them up. For those who haven’t watched it so far, I suggest you buy the DVD and start from season 1. I am sure you will be in the current one(Season6) in a couple of month. You heard me right. its damn addictive.
My wish is for HIMYM to continue till 2030:) not end up like "Friends or Three and Half Men".
