Hii friends , my name’s shubham Tripathi and I have given many interview and also crack many interviews , so personal experience share with you , this review will be longer , but it’s very beneficial for you and surely I say that you cracked any interview if you follow this tips -
1.Do research about the company-
Many people go to interview but they don’t know anything about the company.
Friends, you are going for an interview with a private company , then you should know when the company start, what products launched in it , what services it offers, you should know all these things, you know it all.
2.Understand the job description-
When you go to interview for a post, you have to understand the job description very well , interviewer asks you the question how are you the right person for this post.
3.Write test, Group discussion, ready for Presentation-
Nowadays all big and good companies take interviews in addition it also conducts written test , group discussion and presentation. Whenever you go any interview and prepare all these things.
Group, Discussion consist of a group of 8 to 10 people. One has to debate on one topic the person who makes the best debate choose the company, along with this , many companies take presentation from you.
So friends , this points keep notice in your mind and prepare yourself before interview.
- General knowledge and current affairs-
You were going for an interviews, you should have general knowledge , current affairs and basic information related to that area.
In that time some interviews asked general knowledge , current affairs questions.
5.Prepare the answer to the basis questions -
Whenever You go to an interview some questions are definitely asked , such as tell me about yourself , why should I hire you, etc
So You have prepared all these question very well, you can also take help any of your friends.
- Arrive in interview on time-
Many people go for interviews but they are late. these may also be delays due to traffic non-availability of bus and taxi.
You should keep in mind that first impression is the last impression. If you go late in interview itself then what will the person think you should reach for an interview on time.
7.Listen Carefully-
Whenever you go to give an interview , listen carefully which questions the interviewer asked , many people don’t listen to the question completely and start answering it in a hurry , you don’t have to do this.
8.Have Confidence in Interview-
