How to quit ??

Cigarette now a days its been a part in most of the peoples daily life though we know that its harmful to our health we get used do that to relax our body


And keep our mind balanced so now to avoid cigarette the only thing is to be calm


And keep ur self engaged in some work and exercise ur body and having cup of coffee to relax ur body and mind


Playing sports and spending time with family also helps a lot in quitting cigarette
