Its Right time to Quit

Hi all if you are trying to quit smoking. Try to lower/reduce the number of cigarette you smoke and reduce it as much as posible.


Try alternatives like ayurvedi bidi which does not harm your body and will help quiting smoking.


Try chewing Nocotex chewing gum which will help in reducing number of cigarette you smoke per day.


Try chewing gums so that your mouth is always busy and you don't think of smoking every now and then.


Try drinking honey with water early morning which purifies the lungs.


You can try eating clove or cardmom if not chewing gum. Try watching good movies or series you can also play with small kids if you have which can divert your min for hours.
