Very Easy steps - :

My personal experiences in this area to quite smoking are following bellow -


1) using alternative of cigarettes. Such as- electrical cigarette gadgets.


2) you can decreases the time and quantity of cigarettes.


3) Always use a best quality cigarette because there is less side effects of your health.


4) Don’t use smoking just after meal.


5) Discuss in this matter with your family. Because they gave very good advice to you.
