This book is a must read book for everyone irrespective of any profession or age. It teaches you how to behave with others in order to receive respect from them. It tells how you how you can turn the situation in your favor even in worst case scenario just with the help your behavior, speaking, and mannerism. I bought the Hindi version of this book so that others at my home can also read it and adapt it in day to day routine.
I like the way the author correlates the instances with great personalities like Abraham Lincoln.
Very nice book and perhaps the best non-fiction book. This is absolutely worth a read!
