I have been using Kiehl’s Midnight Recovery Concentrate for around 3 months now. Just like all other Kiehl’s product, this night repair oil is also natural and organic. The face oil is paraben free, mineral oil free and fragrance free.
Main ingredients are evening primrose oil, jojoba oil, lavender oil and Rose flower oil. All these oils help the skin to repair and boost radiance over the night.
Pros of using the oil:
Skin does not feel oily
Since it is fragrance free, it does not irritate the skin
Next morning, skin will feel much more softer and brighter. You will see a noticeable difference in your skin in one week’s time.
Squalane, an ingredient in the oil, helps the skin to maintain healthy moisture balance. Therefore skin will not feel dry
Initially you may feel that you need to use moisturiser at night after using the oil. However after few minutes, you will not have any stretchy feeling in your skin and you would require extra moisturiser.
The oil gets very easily absorbed in the skin and will not stain your pillows
Lavender oil actually helps you sleep better through the night. Sweet scent of lavender would linger on for 1-2 hours.
Even though the cost is on the higher side, but smaller quantity goes a long way, as each night only 2-3 drops are enough to be applied.
Cons:
Only con I could list is that the price is on the higher side.
Overall, I would highly recommend this product.
