I bought online appreal from flipkart, the charges were a bit high but quality wise it was good. The customer care facility was amazing as they replied to my all queries and even took proper step to resolve my issue.As one night suit set I bought for my kid was smaller than expected and there wad no return option available, but once I mailed them they replied that they will replace it soon.
