Bought this laptop 2 years ago. was working fine till few months ago, but started having keyboard issues and it needed to be replaced. troubles started there, this model has fixed keyboard and to replace the entire front part(keyboard+touchpad+ the whole plastic front) of the laptop has to be replaced. so the cost was almost thrice when compared to other models. this design is really a fraud move to make profits from repairs. though the laptop perform well I would strongly not recommend this laptop to anyone. I would recommend models from dell at the same price point.
ps: if buying laptop always buy extended warranty for atleast 3 years, you surely wont regret it.
