I have been using this laptop from January 2016 & in the last 2 months I had faced a lot of problems with it.
I had purchased it from flipkart.com for worth Rs. 19000 & today I am sharing my worst experience with you all so that you all can save your money from being ruined.
Its camera & sound quality is not upto the expectations.
This system is having hanging issues & having battery heating problem.
After a use of 3 hrs its battery heats too much & sometimes it shut down automatically.
Its battery backup is also not good. after using 3 and half hour it needs to be charged again.
I had went many times to its service center but they are also not able to resolve my issue & told me to replace this laptop with a new one in some exchange offer.
Please dont buy this model of HP ever.
