Hi friends I have hp laptop in laptop window 7 in the very good laptop Had laptop 2months or less screen messed up. I called customer service and was told out of warranty which was crazy. Talk to supervisor all representatives with broken English but I’m not one to judge that. Got the run around until I was just fed up and gave up. Now I have a laptop that’s sitting up collect dust. Such a waste of money. thanks for hp laptops
