Hp is the my favourite laptop brand.I bought this hp 15 AC179Tx notebook in the showroom.The lap[top is looking so good and the features also very nice.I liked it very much as compared with other laptop brands.And many of my friends bought this laptop by seeing my hp notebook.The major drawback in this notebook is listening musicv.While playing the audio files, it gets somewhat slow and we cannot maintain at that time.Hence I contacted the hp customer care which was located in hyderabad.They told me that ther is no problem.I explained my total problem.They asked me to keep the laptop in care for one day for the observation.I liked their suggestion.I kept there as per their reference.After on eday I went to ther to collect my laptop.They were saying that the laptop is not in observation and keep it for other 2days.Simply I returned to my home witht he laptop .The problem is not solved and ther are some bugs also in this laptop.I refer hp laptop but not this model.And the hp laptops are always high cost.we cant bear this cost also.
