I bought this product in April 2015 below are my views on it.
Ease of use : its get lags even you just want to open my computer. Keypad dosent work properly when you connect external mouse pad.
Quality and durabilty: I have complained for above issue in HP so they refunded me after 4 months
Value for money : No value for money
Service and support ; service and support is good and service executive was very supportive.
