This is one of the worse product of hp.i suggest you. never buy it because it has a many issues. it has 2mb cache if you expect fast work with this product then just forget it. hp use on this product 2.2 ghz amd microprocessor which provide slow speed for the user. in this product you can use window 10 operating system(64 bit).sound quality is average as like other. if I say full quality of this prouct it will totlly worse. and it’s durability not good because of it’s worse battery.
I will give 1/5 star for this product of hp. service and support are normal as like other.
