I want to share my experiance about hp world gkp .I decided to purchase a laptop on diwali to avail diwali offer benefits.I went to hp world gorakhpur where I met onwer praveer arya.In discussion I told him that I would be moving on leave the very next day to my home town.I choosed above mentioned laptop.He asked his technician to take out selected laptop.I saw his technician taken out a laptop which packing seal was already opened I simply doubt it but I was told that it obvious, not to worry.
The technician connect the charger to laptop and switch on , the very first msg comes on screen which I remember was THE SYSTEM COULD NOT DETECT THE BATTERY .BATTERY NEEDS TO BE REPLACED.I asked the technician about this msg but he replied reluctently.I asked mr. Praveer arya about the above msg he replied that it is not a big issue when the battery got fully charged this msg won’t come again.As I was not having so much experiance about laptop I simply beleive it.
At residence when I connect charger to laptop it was not charging and above said msg was showing.I tried many times but no joy.I tried to contact mr.praveer arya but could not make contact.The very next day I had to move to my home town with faulty laptop.Somehow made contact to mr. Praveer arya he simply denied about such type of fault may occur.I feel so sad and frustrated, I can’t explain.I could not go to gkp to resolve the problem as I had come from there on leave.Then I decided to contact hp care, they helps me a lot, replced the battery with new one.A lot of thanks to hp care.
LESSION LEARNT
1) Never purchase such item in hurry.Take your own time to think and judge.
2) Take help from the people who have some knowledge about that product.
3) Don’t simply believe the shopkeeper as he never tell about demerits of the product.
Althoug I had a bad experiance but after replacing battery the laptop working as expected.
