This laptop is not good.Your problem starts when you try to install windows on it.I started off by downloading all the Win.7 drivers and keeping them one pendrives.Once windows was installed I found that the USB port’s does not work, which was fine considering that the chipset driver’s does not installed.Once the chipset was installed from the DVD drive the USB still refused to work.The graphics driver gave an error message"your system doesn’t meet the minimum reqiurements for the software".The blue tooth driver package tells you that there’s no bluetooth on the system.The HP support agent refuses to install since.net cannot be installed.It’s a nighmare.I had to reformat the machine and start for scratch.The USB 3.0 driver were obtained from the Intel website, graphics drivers from windows update etc.Finally I ended up with a functional machine but no accelerated graphics.Haven’t been able to find ATI RADEON/Intel switchable drivers yet.Needless to say this left my son who was the intended user quite disappointed.From various posts on the internet I find that windows 10 installation is marginally smoother but the driver issue persist.
