I have got this Hp laptop for a basic and average use and is just compatible for my college life purposes. The device is very user-friendly and also windows and HP support is well organized to overcome any issues through inbuilt troubleshooter.
Reliability is really satisfying and could be a really great product for a student or a person for home usage and for people using the laptop for the first time too. Nothing fancy just a straightforward genuine product for average day to day usage.
The battery back up is also acceptable of around 2 - 2 and a half hours. Processing is speed is also good for normal usage and the device takes up games pretty well too. I didn’t find any heating issues as such expect while gaming.
Yes, the device could be value for money if you have basic to moderate usage.
Service and support provided by the Hp are excellent.
I would recommend this product if you are a student/home and have to run basic applications and programs and also a little gaming obviously, it will give a good performance.
